Plan for building up ICT infrastructure to support the games and new technologies to apply for the Olympic games. Since approximately 1,500,000 people come here and spectate the games, and more than 3 billion people around world will watch the games on TV sets. Two important conditions for the ICT infrastructure. Number 1 is stability: Olympic systems should be stable and available in any case in game time. There will be no second chance for athletes. Nobody can not ask athletes to go back to the start line because of system malfunctions. It¡¯s impossible, so stability is utmost importance. Second one is cost effectiveness: Build up the massive infrastructure with limited resource. About new era, characterized as personalization, sharing and realistic services, mainly based on Giga-bit speed internet and 5G mobile service. Focusing on IoT, autonomous language translation, Big data, Virtual Reality, 3D technology and so on.
