Thank you for your question,
The persona characteristics that I have developed in this paper are everyone who has used the e-HAC application from all walks of life which I differentiate based on different age ranges in order to get maximum results so that they can suit all users of this e-HAC application. |

| First of all, thank you for the good research paper and presentation contents. I would like to know more about the research environment used in this study, and also in detail about the equipment & operating systems, development languages and software libraries you used. |
Thank you so much for your response and your question too. I want to answer your question. In this research, the environment that I researched is the users of this application who use this application through the IOS platform. and also, I divided the research into 2 forms, namely questionnaires and interviews. in the questionnaire I used SUS or System Usability Scale. and for the interview I did it with 3 respondents with different age ranges as representatives. To conduct research, I use the UCD or User Centered Design method to operate or find out the shortcomings that exist in the e-HAC application and the wishes of the users. for the results of improvisation, I provide a UI or prototype that I made using the Figma application. |

Of course, the main objective of this paper is to improve the usability of the e-HAC application so that it can meet all the recommendations given by previous users. The problem of further study of course can increase usability to near perfect so that it can continue to get updates and improvements so that this application can function properly. |

Thank your for your response. I dont use HTA in this research. so i dont develop any HTA. |

Thank you very much for your attention to my paper. What I did next to improve the usability of the current application was of course updating each design according to developments based on the needs of the users of this e-HAC application. so that this application can continue to grow and also be used as the purpose of this application. |
