To handle this problem, we proposed to discretize that information in the longitude-latitude grid. The discretization method is explained as below: - Constructing the discretized longitude-latitude grid including the cell with longitude width ¥Ä¥ñ and latitude width ¥Ä¥è. Those values of width are adjustable.
