Dear author, What characteristic of the persona that you develop in this paper? thank you	Thank you for your question, The persona characteristics that I have developed in this paper are everyone who has used the e-HAC application from all walks of life which I differentiate based on different age ranges in order to get maximum results so that they can suit all users of this e-HAC application.
