First of all, thank you for the good research paper and presentation contents. I would like to know more about the research environment used in this study, and also in detail about the equipment & operating systems, development languages and software libraries you used. Thank you so much for your response and your question too. I want to answer your question. In this research, the environment that I researched is the users of this application who use this application through the IOS platform. and also, I divided the research into 2 forms, namely questionnaires and interviews. in the questionnaire I used SUS or System Usability Scale. and for the interview I did it with 3 respondents with different age ranges as representatives. To conduct research, I use the UCD or User Centered Design method to operate or find out the shortcomings that exist in the e-HAC application and the wishes of the users. for the results of improvisation, I provide a UI or prototype that I made using the Figma application.
