Hi, Would it be possible to use Laser instead of LED in your proposed architecture? What would be its pros and cons? Thank you.	Yes it can be used. But for lighting control applications, LED itself is sufficient as data rate is not in focus. But if the application requires high range and data rate then laser can be used.
